Saw Systems offers an efficient, powerful and economical blade sharpening solution for HSS and more.

We can do this because we have the nation's only Loroch cutting, grinding and chamfering solution. Loroch lets us offer faster turn-around and consistent, professional solutions for HSS saws, segmental saws, solid carbide saws and friction saw blades.

Our machine is also ready to re-sharpen thin kerf metal cutting saw blades with chip guiding notches (for carbide-tipped and CERMET type saw blades – including spoon face grinding). Although they are produced as disposable tool, these saw blades may be re-sharpened.

After sharpening or recutting, Saw Systems can chamfer your saw blade teeth per your specifications.

Saw System's Loroch service center has an additional saw support device at the grinding point to ensure symmetrical chamfering even on saw blades that are not perfectly flat.
